Bok Choy is a Chinese cabbage with white or green, thick, crunchy stems and light to dark green wide leaves. Bok Choy is best suited for both raw and cooked applications such as steaming, boiling, grilling, braising, and sautéing. Bok Choy is high in calcium, phosphorous, iron, magnesium, and Vitamin K: all of which are essential for maintaining strong, healthy bones.
