In addition to being delicious raw, kale can be prepared in a variety of ways including steamed, sauteed, stir fried, roasted, grilled, baked, and even juiced! Kale has a mild flavor that is similar to spinach. It tastes best when cooked until tender. Kale is rich in vitamins A, C, K, B-complex, iron, folate, fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids.
